We collect only what we need to deliver your order and, if you ask us to, to send you news.

What we collect
Name, email, delivery address, phone number and, if you provide it, your NIF for invoicing. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Why
To fulfil your order (contract), to issue invoices (legal obligation), and to send newsletters only if you opt in (consent).
Analytics
With your consent we use first-party, privacy-friendly analytics. We don't use advertising trackers or sell data.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from your account page or by emailing us. You may also complain to the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).

Supabase (hosting & database, EU region), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), InvoiceXpress or Moloni (certified invoicing), CTT and DHL (delivery).
